There’s a lot of interesting stuff going on today, starting with the total super blue blood moon lunar eclipse that is now currently taking place this morning.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average made big headlines yesterday (1/30) by closing down 363 points, a 1.4% loss at 26,076.89.

President Trump delivered his first State of the Union address last night saying that the U.S. has arrived at a new American moment of wealth and opportunity and he made a bid for a bipartisan tone, promising to unify the country.

Fed Chair Janet Yellen gavels her last FOMC meeting today. Most observers are not expecting interest rate hikes from this meeting.

Significant corporate earnings announcements today including: Facebook, Boeing, Microsoft, Mondelez International and AT&T.
